Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If work at your home went badly, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
