Becametowards Concrete wants becametowards.beer to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page shows how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

We try to:

• Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
• Keep text readable with strong color contrast
• Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
• Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
• Write in plain, everyday words
• Label form fields clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet the standard yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
